December 15, 2006, Newsletter Issue #112: Disability Disclosure

Tip of the Week

The choice is yours. If you have an "invisible" disability, itīs up to you whether or not you choose to disclose any information to a potential employer. You have the option to decide when, how, and if, the time is right to discuss your disability. In fact, you donīt even have to disclose your need for reasonable accommodations on the job, until after it has been offered to you.
